“The difference between people pursuing their dreams and the rest of the world is not in the wealth of their portfolio. The fact is that some people read about distant lands all their lives and dream of adventures, while others one day look up above the book, get up from their chairs and go to meet their dreams. -Wojciech Cejrowski

Amphitheatre of Cagliari
While some restorations took place in 1940, it was in 1984-85 that a new renovation led to the construction of passages for the public, and thus the possibility of visiting this monument.
The amphitheatre of Cagliari is still used for outdoor shows. However, we strongly neglect this place, which needs subsidies to regain all its splendor. Since this amphitheatre is a real relic, do not hesitate to visit it during your stay in Cagliari.
Visits possible from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
Sunday, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm from April 1 to October 31. From November to March, Sunday, from 10:00 to 13:30.
Closed on Mondays.
